This Privacy Policy in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 of Malaysia explains what personal information is collected through our various online channels, how that information is used, to whom it’s disclosed, and how it’s safeguarded. This policy applies only to personal information collected through, microsites, or mobile sites of Automobile Association of Malaysia (AAM) that expressly adopt, and display or link to this policy (collectively our “Website”), via our telephone support lines, or through our social media pages, such as Facebook, et al. This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of any website, service, company or individual that Automobile Association of Malaysia (AAM) does not control, even if they link to or from Automobile Association of Malaysia (AAM).

By “personal information” we mean your personal information (like name, home address, contact number and email address), and possibly descriptive information (like preferences) if coupled with your identifying information (“Personal Identifying Information”). We may refer Automobile Association of Malaysia (AAM) as “we”, “us”, or “our” throughout this Privacy Policy.
