REFUND POLICY

AAM Carfix Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • Once the service fees/price is agreed upon, User will be charged according to the stated price.
  • Subject to the circumstances below mentioned, AAM Carfix reserves the right to refuse cancellation or refund of payment when services has been rendered by the service providers.

Cancellation by Users once payment made

  • Service cancellations received within 10 minutes and prior to service being rendered, may be eligible to receive a full refund less RM 40 cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be entertained nor eligible for a refund.
  • Cancellations will be accepted via phone or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
  • All cancellation and refund requests must be made by the User or credit card holder.
  • Cancellation and refund requests must include the name of the User and/or transaction number.
  • Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.

Refund in the event of Disputes

  • Any request for refund in the event dispute arising between User and service provider, User must lodge a report within 48hrs with AAM Carfix wherein AAM CarFix will review the report within 14 days to decide whether the complaint is genuine or entitle the Users to a full refund.
  • If service provider cancels any services, User will be offered a full refund.
  • Should circumstances arise that result in the delay of service rendered by service provider, AAM Carfix has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer User to an alternative service provider for the services required.

Membership Refund Policy

  • Any membership fees paid are not refundable.
